Westover Hills Elementary School PTA and Dutch Mill Bulbs have paired up for a Fall fundraiser! Dutch Mill's fabulous products are are guaranteed to grow and bloom, and half of the sale proceeds will come straight to our PTA to support the educational programs at Westover Hills Elementary. We are hoping you’ll be able to help! Making your puchase is easy! Just make your selections, provide billing and shipping information, and choose a secure method of payment (credit card or PayPal). A shipping fee of $4.00 will be applied to orders 24 packages or less, but there's free shipping on orders 25 packages or more.

When is the best time to plant bulbs for spring flowers? Most bulbs can go in anytime from October through Thanksgiving--that means you've still got time if you're been procrastinating. Tulips should wait until mid-November (soil temperatures need to be below 50 degrees F), and can be planted as late as Christmas. Much thanks from the WHES PTA for your support!
